How much does shipping cost?

All orders over £20 within Germany are shipped free of charge. For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

How can I pay?

We offer a variety of payment options for your Vitayes orders: You can pay by credit card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

Please contact our support team at support@vitayes.de. Provide your order ID and let us know if you have any changes you would like to make to your order.

My package arrived damaged. What do I do now?

If you inform us about the situation by email/phone, our teams will help you.

How does the return process work?

Please send your return request to us via email. We will do everything we can to process your request as efficiently as possible. If a return is necessary, our support team will provide you with a return code to make the process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds will be issued via your chosen payment method.
